
Ingredients
The vanilla is optional, wet or dry, or both!
Dry
- 1 and a 1/2 cup flour
- 1 generous teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (dry)
Wet
- 1/2 cup of margarine
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (wet)
Chocolate
- 2 Meteor bars (72g each) from Dollarama ($1.25)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and sugar in a bowl then whisk together and set aside.
- Chop up the bananas add them, add the egg, add the melted margarine, and add the vanilla.
- Use your mixer till it’s nice smooth, creamy and fluffy (if possible).
- Chop up and fold in your chocolate bars to ensure they don’t all stick together.
- Line your no-stick muffin tray with a touch of vegetable oil.
- Add the batter.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
